The first step to getting involved in what’s happening to your community is to register your objections to the Arborfield Garrison Strategic Development Plan with Wokingham Borough Council. The best way – write a letter! We’ve got several hints and points that you may find useful on our ‘How Can I Respond?‘ page, including names and addresses to send your letters to.
The main things to remember are that each letter must be individually written and worded, as photocopies, chain letters and copy-and-paste letters will be treated as one submission by WBC. Also, each resident has the right to object, so everyone in your household who can write a letter – get writing! The more letters, the stronger the objection!
Please don’t put this off – all letters must be received by the WBC no later than 17.00 on Tuesday, 23 March 2010.
