For those people who were unable to attend the report back session last Wednesday, John Thompson and Partners have prepared a PDF of their presentation with the photographs of members of the public removed for privacy reasons, that can be distributed to allow others to see the results of the planning weekend. We are also grateful to Alison the Arborfield Parish Clerk for passing on the web sized copy of the PDF to be distributed.
The presentation gives a bit of background on the developers, then covers the discussions on the weekend, and finally goes over the JTP illustrative masterplan, and the commitments made by the developer for the future development of the site and the process they will follow.
